Mission Statement
To continue to grow, provide customer service and to meet each of Prehn Properties’ ventures with the highest standard of excellence.
Philosphy
We, at Prehn Properties, believe our past is prologue to the future. The greater Madison County area’s potential for growth is almost unlimited, as long as it is done with vision in a structured manner. Attracting new businesses, who are willing to invest their money and efforts, is essential to the energy and growth of the Riverbend region.
Customer
Our client’s goals are our top priority, whether they are desirous of leasing existing property or having a building constructed to their special needs. If they choose to build, we have the knowledge, financial strength, and experience to deliver a quality product with a commitment to schedule and cost controls. After assisting the client with their site selection, we will coordinate the architectural/engineering design of the building, process the plans through the various government agencies for permitting, and construct the facility in accordance with the predetermined budget and schedule.
We hope you will select Prehn Properties for your commercial real estate needs.
